We aim to reply within three working days. Corrections to published data are prioritised and usually fixed within 24 hours.

What to write about

• Report a wrong number — a contrast ratio, a colour name, a HEX value that does not match its swatch. Include the palette URL and the value you expected. This is the most useful message you can send us.
• Accessibility problems — anything on the site that is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard only, or at high zoom. We treat these as bugs, not suggestions.
• Submit a palette — send the four HEX values, a name, and one line on where it came from. We credit submissions unless you ask us not to.
• Licensing — palettes and HEX codes are facts and are not copyrightable; use them freely, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required. If you need something in writing for a legal review, ask.
• Partnerships and press — tell us what you need and by when.

What we cannot help with

We cannot design a palette to a brief, review your brand, or provide accessibility certification. We publish the numbers; the design decision is yours.

Corrections policy

When we get something wrong we fix the page and add the change to the update date at the top. Substantive corrections — a wrong ratio, a mislabelled palette — are noted in the article or page itself rather than silently edited, because a page that changes without saying so is hard to trust.
